**Appointment Preparation and Late Arrival Policy** To ensure the best service possible, please prepare your hair before your appointment by washing, detangling, and blow-drying. If you need assistance with this, feel free to contact me to book these prep services for an additional charge, which must be scheduled for the day before your appointment, as same-day prep is not available. Please 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to settle in and begin promptly. arrivals will result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. A 15-minute grace period will be provided, after which your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit forfeited. Communication regarding late arrivals, such as being stuck in traffic or waking up late, will not exempt you from cancellation. I appreciate your understanding as I strive to value your time as much as you value mine.

 Please note that a $70 deposit is required and is non-refundable. We kindly ask that no kids attend your appointment, but Marvelous Mind Academy offers daycare services if needed. The remaining balance must be paid in cash only, and an ATM is conveniently located inside the building. Enjoy our Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube TV and library during your visit, and remember, if you prefer a silent appointment, just let us know in advance. Hair is not included in services and must be dropped off the day before your appointment.
